Applications (R)-3-Methylamino-1-(2-thienyl)-1-propanol is a reactant used in the synthesis of enantiomerically pure Duloxetine (D721000), an antidepressant. A dual serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI). Used in treatment of stress urinary incontinence.
