Applications Pyrene occurs in coal tar. Also obtained by the destructive hydrogenation of hard coal. Found in wastewater in aquatic environments, and possesses genotoxic characteristics relating to estrogenic/androgenic, antiestrogenic and antiandrogenic activity. This compound is a contaminant of emerging concern (CECs).
Not a dangerous good if item is equal to or less than 1g/ml and there is less than 100g/ml in the package
