Applications Sodium Methanesulfonate-d3,13C is an intermediate used in the synthesis of Methanesulfonyl Chloride-d3,13C (M258847), which is a labeled analogue of Methanesulfonyl Chloride (M258845). Methanesulfonyl Chloride used in the synthesis of phosphodiesterase 9A Inhibitors, used in treatments for Alzheimer’s disease. It is also used in the preparation of sulfonamide derivatives showing antibacterial activity.
