A vancomicina hidroclorídrica é um antibiótico glicopeptídico usado principalmente para tratar infecções bacterianas graves, particularmente aquelas causadas por bactérias Gram-positivas, incluindo Staphylococcus aureus resistente à meticilina (MRSA).
