Description:
MOPS, or 3-(N-morpholino)propanesulfonic acid, is a zwitterionic buffer commonly used in biological and biochemical research. It has a pKa value around 7.15, making it particularly effective for maintaining physiological pH in various applications, especially in cell culture and protein studies.
