Fenoterol-d6 hydrobromide is an analogue of fenoterol, which belongs to the class of bronchodilators. It has been shown to inhibit the constriction of airway smooth muscle and to reduce airway resistance in animal models. Fenoterol-d6 hydrobromide is a potent bronchodilator that acts by stimulating beta2 receptors in the lungs.
