CAS:Marmesin is a polymerase chain inhibitor that binds to the DNA-dependent RNA polymerase and prevents transcription and replication. It has been shown to be active against infectious diseases such as HIV, influenza, Ebola, and herpes simplex virus. Marmesin has also been shown to inhibit the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in cells by binding to reactive oxygen species and preventing their interactions with cellular components. The drug has been found to have a matrix effect on hl-60 cells, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the apoptosis pathway. In addition, marmesin has been found to have high affinity for molecular docking analysis with oral pathogens such as Streptococcus mutans and Streptococcus sobrinus.Formula:C14H14O4Purity:Min. 95%Color and Shape:White PowderMolecular weight:246.26 g/mol
