CAS:
Sacubitril-d4 is a new drug candidate that has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of the angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE). It is a prodrug that can be hydrolyzed to sacubitril, which inhibits the conversion of angiotensin I (ATI) to ATII. Sacubitril-d4 was found to inhibit the production of ATP in healthy Chinese subjects and in plasma samples from patients with heart failure. The compound also demonstrated high specificity for ACE, as it did not show any significant activity against other enzymes. This study also showed that sacubitril-d4 could be detected using a mass spectrometer equipped with an electrospray ionization source, which may make this drug more suitable for clinical use.
Formula:C24H29NO5Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:415.5 g/mol
