5-Amino-N-(2-methoxy-phenyl)-2-pyrrolidin-1-yl-benzenesulfonamide is a potent inhibitor of the human acetylcholine esterase enzyme. It has been shown to inhibit acetylcholinesterase activity in the micromolar range, with an IC50 of 1.5 μM. This inhibition is reversible and competitive with respect to acetylcholine.
