TDZD 8 inhibits GSK3β with IC50 of 2 μM and was reported to not significantly affect Cdk-1/cyclin B, casein kinase CK-II, protein kinase A and C (PKA, PKC) activities. TDZD 8 was also identified as an inhibitor of the main protease in coronaviruses.
