CAS 912999-49-6
:Onalespib
Description:
Onalespib, with the CAS number 912999-49-6, is a small molecule inhibitor that primarily targets heat shock protein 90 (Hsp90), a chaperone protein involved in the proper folding and stabilization of various client proteins, many of which are implicated in cancer and other diseases. As an Hsp90 inhibitor, Onalespib disrupts the function of this protein, leading to the degradation of its client proteins, which can result in anti-tumor effects. The compound has been studied for its potential therapeutic applications in oncology, particularly in the treatment of various cancers. Onalespib is characterized by its specific binding affinity to the ATP-binding site of Hsp90, which is crucial for its inhibitory action. Additionally, it has been evaluated in preclinical and clinical studies for its efficacy and safety profile. As with many investigational drugs, ongoing research continues to explore its pharmacokinetics, optimal dosing regimens, and potential combination therapies to enhance its therapeutic effectiveness.

CAS:Onalespib (AT13387) is an oral Hsp90 inhibitor with anticancer potential, disrupting tumor cell growth and survival.Formula:C24H31N3O3Purity:99.01% - 99.66%Color and Shape:SolidMolecular weight:409.52AT-13387
CAS:
AT-13387 is a potent and selective HSP90 inhibitor that binds to the ATP binding site of HSP90 with high affinity. It has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of HL-60 cells in vitro. AT-13387 induces apoptosis in cancer cells by inhibiting the signaling pathways involved in regulating cell growth, including the activation of toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4). The efficacy of AT-13387 was evaluated in vivo using an animal model with bowel disease, which showed significant inhibition of tumor growth. AT-13387 also inhibits TLR4 signaling, suggesting that it may be useful for treating bowel disease. AT-13387 is being developed as a potential therapy for cancer and other diseases associated with TLR4 activation.
Purity:Min. 95%
