CAS:
Versatile small molecule scaffold
Formula:C11H14ClNOPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:211.69 g/molMabuprofen
CAS:
Mabuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug that belongs to the class of NSAIDs. It is used to treat pain, inflammation, and stiffness caused by osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and other joint diseases. Mabuprofen is a prodrug that has been shown to inhibit the production of prostaglandins in the brain and spinal cord. This inhibition leads to an increase in cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) levels which can then reduce the production of proteins in cells. This can have anti-inflammatory effects that are beneficial for people with inflammatory bowel disease or hyperproliferative diseases such as cancer. Mabuprofen has also been shown to decrease the levels of soybean trypsin inhibitor in rats with bowel disease. The mechanism for this activity may be due to its ability to act as a substrate molecule for enzyme reactions, such as soybean trypsin inhibitors.
Formula:C15H23NO2Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:249.35 g/mol5-nitro-1(2H)-isoquinolinone
CAS:
5-Nitro-1(2H)-isoquinolinone is a constitutive metabolite of 5-nitroimidazole. It can be transformed into nitrite and then nitrate, which are excreted in the urine. Hydrolysis occurs by esterases or glucuronidases. The high frequency of human activity has been shown using a patch-clamp technique on human erythrocytes. This active form is metabolized through a number of metabolic transformations, including hydrolysis by esterases or glucuronidases, oxidation by cytochrome P450 enzymes, reduction by glutathione reductase, or conjugation with glucuronic acid. Rifapentine also specifically binds to markers expressed at high levels in Mycobacterium tuberculosis strains (e.g., ESX-1 secretion system protein) and inhibits cell growth in culture.END>
END>
Formula:C9H6N2O3Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:190.15 g/mol2-(2,5,5-Trimethylpyrrolidin-2-yl)acetic acid

CAS:
4-Hydroxy-3-(hydroxymethyl)benzoic acid is a metabolite of catecholamines, which are neurotransmitters that regulate the sympathetic nervous system and play an important role in the fight-or-flight response. This compound can be detected in plasma and urine as well as in human serum. The pharmacokinetic properties of 4-Hydroxy-3-(hydroxymethyl)benzoic acid have been studied in humans. It has also been used to calibrate a calibration range for trimethylsilylation, which is a technique that is used to quantify this metabolite.
Formula:C8H8O4Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:168.15 g/mol1-(Cyclopropylmethyl)-3-methylpiperazine
