Peptides
Peptides are short chains of amino acids linked by peptide bonds, serving as important biological molecules that play key roles in cellular processes. They function as hormones, neurotransmitters, and signaling molecules, and are widely used in therapeutic and diagnostic applications. Peptides are also crucial in research for studying protein interactions, enzyme activities, and cell signaling pathways. At CymitQuimica, we provide a diverse selection of high-quality peptides to support your research and development needs in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.

Z-Gly-Ala-OH
CAS:Z-Gly-Ala-OH is an amide that is synthesized by the solid-phase synthesis of a protected amino acid. The amino acid sequence was determined by sequencing the product and comparing it to the amino acid composition of known glycyl-amides. The enzyme active site was found to be located on the side chain of Gly, which is a polar residue. This catalytic site is only occupied in one orientation, with Ala occupying the opposite side chain position. The yields for this reaction are very high and are not affected by changes in temperature or pH. Z-Gly-Ala-OH has a chiral center at position 3 and can exist as two enantiomers, Z-(+)-glycylalanine and its mirror image, Z-(−)-glycylalanine.Formula:C13H16N2O5Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:280.28 g/molRcramp

CAS:<p>H-Leu-Arg-OH acetate salt is a cyclase inhibitor that is used to treat cancer. It has been shown to inhibit soluble guanylate cyclase, which is an enzyme that converts guanosine triphosphate (GTP) into the second messenger molecule, cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP). Inhibition of this enzyme results in a decrease in the production of cGMP and blood pressure. H-Leu-Arg-OH acetate salt also inhibits delta opioid receptors, which are found on the surface of cells in the brain. This drug binds competitively with delta opioid receptors and blocks the effect of endogenous or exogenous ligands such as enkephalins.</p>Formula:C12H25N5O3Purity:Min. 95%Color and Shape:PowderMolecular weight:287.36 g/molGRF (1-29) amide (human) acetate salt
CAS:Growth hormone-releasing factor (GRF) is a peptide fragment of amino acids 1–2 from GHRH (growth hormone-releasing hormone). This 1-29 region is the shortest fully functional fragment of GHRH. GRF is also known as sermorelin. Sermorelin binds to the growth hormone-releasing hormone receptor (GHRH-R), and acts as a surrogate for GHRH, causing growth hormone secretion.human: H-YADAIFTNSYRKVLGQLSARKLLQDIMSR-NH2rat: H-HADAIFTSSYRR I LGQLYARKLLHEIMNR-NH2Formula:C149H246N44O42SPurity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:3,357.88 g/molGLP-1 (9-36) amide (human, bovine, guinea pig, mouse, porcine, rat)

CAS:Nicotinamide is a form of vitamin B3 that has been shown to inhibit the growth of Giardia lamblia trophozoites. Nicotinamide also inhibits the sirtuins and has been shown to inhibit cell cycle control in microorganisms. It inhibits transcriptional activity by competing with nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide for binding sites on DNA and prevents the formation of nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide complexes, which are needed for DNA synthesis. Nicotinamide also binds to metronidazole, causing it to be inactive as an antimicrobial agent. The mechanism of action of nicotinamide may be due to its ability to bind and inactivate metronidazole, thereby preventing it from functioning as an anti-microbial agent.Formula:C8H16N2O3Purity:Min. 95%Molecular weight:188.22 g/molH-Pro-Phe-OH
CAS:H-Pro-Phe-OH is a synthetic peptide that is used in the treatment of high blood pressure. It has been shown to decrease blood pressure by increasing the production of nitric oxide and by decreasing activity of angiotensin converting enzyme, which are factors that have an influence on blood pressure. H-Pro-Phe-OH has been shown to be effective for treating HIV infection and amyloidosis. H-Pro-Phe-OH binds to collagen and increases its production in tissues, which may be responsible for its antihypertensive effects. It also inhibits the growth of bacteria by binding to their cell walls and inhibiting their protein synthesis. The metabolic products of H-Pro-Phe-OH are not yet known, but it is thought that they may contain hydroxyproline or hydroxylysine residues.Formula:C14H18N2O3Purity:Min. 95%Color and Shape:White PowderMolecular weight:262.3 g/molKGF Receptor Peptide

CAS:4-Alkoxybenzyl alcohol resin is a fine chemical that has been shown to be useful as a scaffold for the synthesis of complex compounds. It is soluble in common organic solvents, such as ethanol and acetone, and can be used as a reaction component for the synthesis of speciality chemicals. This product is also an intermediate for research chemicals, which can be synthesized by reacting 4-alkoxybenzyl alcohol with different reagents. The high quality of this product makes it ideal for use in the synthesis of other compounds and reactions.Color and Shape:PowderH-Ser-Glu-OH
CAS:<p>H-Ser-Glu-OH is a carbohydrate. It has been shown to be involved in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer by binding to the peptide transporter and inhibiting its function. H-Ser-Glu-OH binds to a number of chemotactic proteins that are involved in the inflammatory response. This interaction may lead to degranulation and lysosome release, which could cause an increase in cancer cells. The carbohydrate ligand on H-Ser-Glu-OH is acidic and has functional groups that allow it to interact with other molecules in a way that is not possible for monosaccharides.</p>Formula:C8H14N2O6Purity:Min. 95 Area-%Color and Shape:PowderMolecular weight:234.21 g/mol[D-Tyr27,36, D-Thr32]-Neuropeptide Y, human
