Descrizione: 2,6-Di-terz-butil-4-metilfenolo, comunemente noto come BHT (idrossibutiltoluene), è un composto organico caratterizzato dalle sue proprietà antiossidanti. È un solido cristallino bianco solubile in solventi organici ma con solubilità limitata in acqua.
