BIA 10-2474 is an amide compound with antiinflammatory activity. It has been shown to inhibit the release of prolactin in CD-1 mice. BIA 10-2474 has also been shown to have a protective effect on fertility in both male and female mice. This drug is not toxic to humans, but has been found to be toxic to other mammals.
