Description:

Compound 6g is a heterocyclic compound that has been studied for its potential use as an anticancer agent. It has been shown to have a significant cytotoxicity in the plate test and it inhibits cell proliferation in human HL-60 cells. Compound 6g also inhibits the production of inflammatory cytokines, such as TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-8 by inhibiting the activation of toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4). This molecule also shows inhibitory properties on various biological processes including mitochondrial membrane potential, inhibitor binding, and protein synthesis. Molecular docking analysis has shown that Compound 6g binds to the ATP binding site of bacterial DNA gyrase.
