Product Information
HBX 19818 is a synthetic molecule that has been shown to inhibit mutant FLT3. This leads to the inhibition of the proteolytic cleavage of pro-apoptotic proteins, such as BID and BAX, in cancer cells. HBX 19818 also inhibits the activity of the protein kinase domain, which is involved in cellular signaling pathways that regulate cell proliferation and survival. In addition, HBX 19818 induces apoptosis in ba/f3 cells through activation of caspase 3 and 9.
HBX 19818 has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in vitro.
