Description:Poseltinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor that is used for the treatment of cancer. It binds to the ATP-binding site of the receptor and blocks the binding of ATP, which inhibits protein synthesis. It has shown efficacy in treating bladder cancer, autoimmune diseases, and acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The drug also has been shown to inhibit extracellular matrix (ECM) degradation by inhibiting collagenases, MMPs and other enzymes that are necessary for ECM remodeling. Poseltinib has also been shown to be effective in treating pemphigoid and other skin disorders by reducing inflammation.
