Product Information
Aldose reductase-IN-1 is a recombinant human protein enzyme inhibitor that has been shown to inhibit the activity of aldose reductase, a key enzyme in the polyol pathway. Aldose reductase-IN-1 has been shown to synergize with docetaxel and tocilizumab for cancer treatment. It can be used as diagnostic tool for Alzheimer's disease and other neurological disorders. It is also being studied as a potential therapeutic agent for cancer and other diseases associated with hypoxia, including hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes.
