Description:

Fmoc-L-Lys(Alloc)-OH is a peptide that consists of an amino acid sequence that is a variant of the human insulin molecule. The peptide has been modified to incorporate a pegyl group, which increases the serum stability of this drug and prevents enzymatic degradation. This compound has been tested in vitro by binding to nuclear DNA and inhibiting receptor binding. Fmoc-L-Lys(Alloc)-OH has also shown anticancer effects in vivo with tumor xenografts and apoptosis protein expression in human serum, as well as an increase in serine protease activity.
