Product Information

Name:
X-82 (Vorolanib)
Description:

Vorolanib is a small molecule that binds to the death receptor 4 (DR4) and inhibits angiogenesis. Vorolanib is a member of the everolimus group. This drug has been shown to inhibit tumor growth in a mouse model of metastatic cancer by blocking the activation of DR4, which signals cells to grow, and by inhibiting the production of pro-angiogenic factors. Vorolanib has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties. Vorolanib binds to the death receptor 4 (DR4) and inhibits angiogenesis by blocking activation of this protein, which signals cells to grow, and by inhibiting the production of pro-angiogenic factors. Vorolanib also has anti-inflammatory properties due to its ability to suppress myeloid derived suppressor cells (MDSCs).
