LMT-28 is a drug that belongs to the class of experimental drugs. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro and in vivo, as well as to reduce inflammation. LMT-28 is a small molecule that binds to the PD-L1 protein on immune cells. This binding inhibits the production of inflammatory cytokines and chemokines, which suppresses inflammation. LMT-28 also binds to polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification products and inhibits transcriptional activation, inhibiting cell proliferation. LMT-28 has been shown to have pharmacokinetic properties similar to those of ibrutinib, with an oral bioavailability of approximately 80%.
