Description:
SB743921 HCl is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor that specifically targets the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase. It has been shown to inhibit tumor cell proliferation in culture and to induce apoptosis in organoid cultures of human colon cancer cells. SB743921 HCl also inhibits the proliferation of EGFR-overexpressing cells derived from colorectal cancer patients.
