Product Information

Name:
HJC0152 Hydrochloride
Description:

HJC0152 is a potent anti-tumor agent that can be used in the treatment of cancers. HJC0152 inhibits tumor growth by inhibiting cellular transformation and the proliferation of cancer cells. It has been shown to have potent antitumor activity in vitro and in vivo, as well as inhibitory effects on hyperproliferative diseases such as bowel disease, autoimmune diseases, and cancer. This drug also inhibits the growth of tumors by targeting epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) through inhibition of protein synthesis. HJC0152 has been shown to inhibit EMT by blocking an ATPase enzyme called mitochondrial F1F0-ATP synthase. HJC0152 also targets a number of signaling pathways involved in cancer progression, including PI3K/AKT/mTOR and NF-κB pathways.
