Gne-7915 tosylate is a potent and selective activator of the voltage-gated potassium channel Kv1.3. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro and in vivo. Gne-7915 tosylate has been used as a research tool for studying the function of ion channels, receptor proteins, and peptides. This agent is also used as an antibody for immunohistochemistry analysis in cell biology studies. Gne-7915 tosylate is a competitive inhibitor of the human protein Src kinase with IC50 value of 3 nM.
