CSF1R-IN-1 is a recombinant human protein that belongs to the receptor tyrosine kinase family. The CSF1R-IN-1 receptor is expressed in hematopoietic cells, and binds to the cytokine CSF1. Binding of CSF1R-IN-1 to its ligands promotes the activation of the JAK/STAT pathway and the production of proinflammatory cytokines such as IL-6 and IL-8. This protein has been shown to be an inhibitor of cell proliferation, differentiation, and migration.
