Product Information
IRAK4-IN-1 is a recombinant protein that regulates the immune system. It can be used to regulate inflammation by dephosphorylating toll-like receptor 4 and activating the nuclear factor kappa B pathway. IRAK4-IN-1 can also stimulate the production of cytokines, such as IL-1β, IL-6, and TNFα. This product is used in assays to measure kinase activity in human macrophages and other cells. The product has been shown to be effective at preventing postnatal development of testicular tumors in mice when injected during the postmeiotic stage of development. IRAK4-IN-1 is also an enzyme with dehydrogenase activity that can be used for biochemical purposes.
