Description:Tiaprost is a synthetic analogue of prostaglandin F2α that has been used in animal health and fertility. Tiaprost is also used to treat intrauterine infections caused by bacteria, such as E. coli, or protozoa, such as Tritrichomonas foetus. Tiaprost has been shown to be clinically relevant for the treatment of human infertility due to its ability to stimulate ovulation in women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
