Stylopine hydrochloride is a sulfonic acid that exhibits high resistance to radiation and is used in the treatment of women with breast cancer. The trifluoromethyl group of Stylopine hydrochloride prevents the formation of reactive oxygen species, which are generated by radiation and can cause damage to cells.
