Product Information
Cytochrome C M50-769 is a cavity-specific, fluorescent probe that is designed to detect the presence of alkoxy radicals in biological systems. It has been shown to be effective in vitro and in vivo for use as a diagnostic tool for cancer and autoimmune diseases. The fluorescence of Cytochrome C M50-769 can be measured by flow cytometry or a fluorometer. The probe also exhibits an intrauterine diameter of 2 microns, which allows it to be used as an intrauterine contraceptive device. Cytochrome C M50-769 is composed of a monoclonal antibody (targeting human immunoglobulin) linked to magnetic particles coated with metal chelate molecules. A single molecule of Cytochrome C M50-769 can bind up to 10,000 molecules of target protein.
