Product Information
EN460 is a molecule that has been shown to induce the death of cancer stem cells. It is a small molecule that binds to the endoplasmic reticulum, and disrupts aerobic glycolysis in cancer cells by inhibiting the production of glucose-6-phosphate. This inhibition can lead to an increase in the production of reactive oxygen species, which may be responsible for inducing neuronal death. EN460 also inhibits the expression of PD-L1 on tumor cells and enhances anti-cancer immune responses. The disulfide bond found in EN460 makes it susceptible to reduction, which may trigger a response pathway.
