Product Information
PS210 is a small molecule that inhibits the formation of ubiquitin ligases. It is used as a diagnostic agent for autoimmune diseases and inflammatory diseases, as well as to treat HIV infection. PS210 has been shown to inhibit the formation of glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK-3) and prevent the phosphorylation of serine residues on target proteins. This leads to an increase in cellular energy levels, which may be due to its ability to inhibit the production of inflammatory cytokines such as IL-6 and TNFα. PS210 also inhibits the activity of growth factors such as insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF1).
