Product Information

Name:
BCR-ABL-IN-2
Description:

BCR-ABL-IN-2 is a class of isoquinoline compounds that are substituted with phenylureas, pyrazoles, and dichlorobenzene. The substituents on the isoquinoline ring are arranged in such a way that they can be selectively cleaved by nitrosonium cations to form phenylurea derivatives. The phenylurea derivatives have been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro, but their effectiveness has yet to be determined in vivo.

The 6-Fluoro-3-indoxyl-beta-D-galactopyranoside is an antituberculosis drug that belongs to the class of rifamycins. It is the most active of the rifamycins for the treatment of tuberculosis. Rifapentine inhibits bacterial growth by binding to DNA-dependent RNA polymerase, thereby preventing transcription and replication. The high frequency of human activity has been shown using
