Description:
YKL-06-061 is a synthetic retinoid that selectively inhibits the activation of toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4). It has been shown to inhibit the chemiluminescence of the signal pathway. In addition, YKL-06-061 may be used as a diagnostic agent for oxidative injury in experimental models and in an MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cell line. YKL-06-061 also inhibits the activity of soybean trypsin and fetal bovine serum albumin.
