Product Information
Ubch5A is a human protein that belongs to the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. Ubch5A is involved in the regulation of neuronal death and cancer. Ubch5A interacts with ATPase-associated protein (APAP) and may be involved in the regulation of cellular cognition. Ubch5A has been shown to interact synergistically with other proteins, such as monoclonal antibodies, to inhibit the formation of substrate proteins. Ubch5A also has pro-inflammatory cytokine activities and can induce the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines in human cancer cells. This protein can also specifically interact with molecules, such as specific peptides or small molecules, which are not related to its normal function.
