Product Information
MS402 is a leukemic stem cell inhibitor that is used as a targeted therapy for the treatment of leukemia. It inhibits the production of Th17 cells by binding to lysine residues in the protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) enzyme and prevents the formation of PP2A-dependent complexes with p300, which are required for differentiation into Th17 cells. MS402 has been shown to inhibit inflammation in mice with inflammatory bowel disease. This drug also blocks the activity of bromodomain-containing proteins, which are involved in immune function and transcriptional regulation of genes related to immune response.
