Product Information
GSK J4 HCl (GSKJ4 HCl) is a small molecule inhibitor of the signal transduction pathway, which is involved in the proliferation of muscle cells. GSKJ4 HCl has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells in vitro and in vivo by inhibiting the growth factors that promote cell proliferation. It also inhibits the expression of ezh2, which is an important regulator of gene expression. GSKJ4 HCl may be used as a therapeutic agent for kidney cancer or other types of cancers that are associated with muscle cell proliferation.
