Product Information
CG347B is a small molecule that is capable of regulating the expression of genes involved in cancer. It has been shown to act synergistically with cisplatin, an anticancer drug that binds to DNA and inhibits transcription. CG347B also induces apoptosis in lung cancer cells by inducing cell cycle arrest and blocking the activity of protein kinase A and protein kinase C. CG347B has been shown to regulate the expression of genes that are involved in tumor growth, such as p53 and p21.
