- 1-[4-[3-Ethyl-7-(morpholin-4-yl)-3H-[1,2,3]triazolo[4,5-d]pyrimidin-5-yl]phenyl]-3-[4-[(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)carbonyl]phenyl]urea
- PKI-402
PKI 402 is a peptide that binds to and activates the receptor PKC-alpha. It has been shown to inhibit the ion channel in rat neurons, which leads to an increase in cytosolic calcium levels. PKI 402 also inhibits ligand-induced activation of the protein tyrosine phosphatase C (PTP) in human T-cells. PKI 402 can be used as a research tool for studying ion channels and receptor interactions, as well as cell signaling pathways.
