Product Information
Pkcζ pseudosubstrate inhibitor is a small molecule that inhibits the activity of PKCζ and is being developed as a potential treatment for cancer, autoimmune diseases, and other inflammatory conditions. It has been shown to inhibit skin cell proliferation by inducing cellular senescence, which may be due to its ability to activate β-catenin. Pkcζ pseudosubstrate inhibitor also inhibits the growth of prostate cancer cells in vitro by blocking the activation of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). The drug has also been shown to suppress hematopoietic progenitor cells in mice with radiation-induced thp-1 leukemia.
