Product Information
Tesevatinib is a CDK4/6 inhibitor that is used to treat eye disorders. Tesevatinib inhibits the activity of cyclin-dependent kinases, which are enzymes involved in cell cycle. It has been shown to cause cell death in cancer cells by inhibiting the production of epidermal growth factor and myeloid-derived suppressor cells. Tesevatinib also has a high affinity for HER2+ breast cancer cells, which may be due to its ability to bind to epidermal growth factor receptor. Tesevatinib has been studied as an anti-cancer agent in clinical trials for patients with chronic kidney disease and amp-activated protein kinase (AMPK) activation. The most common side effects of this drug are diarrhea, headache, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, fatigue, constipation, and muscle spasms.
