Mollugin is a JAK2 inhibitor and inhibits LPS-induced inflammatory responses by blocking the activation of the JAK-STAT pathway. Mollugin has anticancer efficacy, can modulate the HER2, HO-1, Nrf2 , and NF- κB pathways.
