Description:Applications CDDO Methyl Ester is a synthetic triterpenoid that inhibits IκBα kinase and enhances apoptosis induced by TNF and chemotherapeutic agents through down-regulation of expression of nuclear factor κB-regulated gene products in human leukemic cells.
