CAS:Controlled Product<p>Cannabichromene is a non-psychotropic phytocannabinoid which is not active at the CB receptors but is a full agonist for the TRP cation channels TRPA1 (EC50 = 90 nM) and partially agonist at TRPV1-4 and 8 (EC50 = 600 nM and 1.9 ÎŒM, respectively), which inhibit endocannabinoid activity and mildly activate CB2 receptors (Ki = 100 nM) (Pertwee and Cascio, 2016) in turn. In vitro, it preserved the viability of mammalian adult neural stem and progenitor cells (Shinjyo and Di Marzo, 2013).
