Applications A non detergent sulfobetaine used as a mild solubilizing and stabilizing agent for halophilic malate dehydrogenase, halophilic elongation factor Tu (hTu), pig heart malate dehydrogenase, chicken egg white lysozyme and E. coli beta-galactosidase.
