
Ácidos cinámicos
Los ácidos cinámicos son una clase de ácidos fenólicos que están ampliamente presentes en las plantas. Tienen una estructura básica de ácido fenilacrílico y son conocidos por sus propiedades antioxidantes y antiinflamatorias. Los ácidos cinámicos juegan un papel importante en la biosíntesis de la lignina y otros metabolitos vegetales.
