Product Information

Name:
Tucatinib
Description:

Tucatinib is a small molecule that inhibits the ATP-binding cassette transporter ABCG2 and P-glycoprotein (P-gp) to inhibit cancer cell proliferation. It is used for treatment of breast cancer, in vitro assays, solid tumours, and long-term toxicity studies. Tucatinib has been shown to be effective against her2+ breast cancers. However, due to its side effect profile and potential for drug interactions, tucatinib may not be an appropriate treatment for other types of cancer or disease.
