Product Information
TNO155 is a hydroxyl-containing cyclic peptide that can be used to treat autoimmune diseases and solid tumours. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of human cancer cells in vitro, as well as in vivo, by suppressing neuronal death. TNO155 also inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-6 and IL-8, which are associated with autoimmune diseases. TNO155 has been shown to have high pharmacokinetic properties in humans, including an oral bioavailability of over 80%, a plasma half-life of about 3 hours, and low toxicity.
