B-9870 exhibits partial agonist characteristics in HEK 293 cells with high rabbit B2R expression, activating ERK1/2 phosphorylation, calcium mobilization, arachidonic acid release, and receptor internalization. Breceptin is applicable in research on breast cancer and non-small cell lung cancer inhibition.
