CAS:<p>TLR2-IN-C29 is a novel compound that activates the AMPK pathway. This compound has been shown to have anti-cancer effects on HL60 cells and cervical cancer cells. The mechanism of action for TLR2-IN-C29 is not yet clear, but it may be due to its ability to activate methyl eicosanoate production, which inhibits the production of proinflammatory cytokines in macrophages and dendritic cells.
